The TEC Partnership’s senior managers, who are responsible for managing the Partnership on a daily basis and ensuring that it meets its strategic, educational and financial objectives.
Our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) brings together senior postholders and key leaders from across the Partnership. They set the direction, deliver strategic goals, and make sure every department works with a shared purpose — always upholding our values.
As the most senior group of managers, all department heads, and staff from across all our all sites, will report to one of this team.
Since the Grimsby Institute was incorporated in 1994, our Board of Governors known as the Corporation has had ultimate responsibility for the success of the TEC Partnership. Working alongside the ELT, they provide oversight, accountability, and support to help us grow with confidence.
