Governance Structure

The activities and performance of the TEC Partnership are overseen and monitored by the Corporation, which comprises up to twenty governors including the CEO, two student governors, two staff governors and up to fifteen governors representing employers and the local community.

The governors have a critical role in

Ensuring the financial well-being of the TEC Partnership and monitoring and oversight of the effective use of resources and the quality of its services and provision.

Ensuring that the educational character, ethos, vision and mission both reflects the needs of the communities the TEC Partnership serves and informs and directs every aspect of activities undertaken.
